Default Ebay boats and cars

I buy and sell on there regularly.

Some good deals and some GREAT deals.

Only way I would buy a large ticket item is if it were for
sale locally. I bought a 1992 Keywest 2020 bluewater a
few years ago like thing. The boat didnt meet reserve price,
so I contacted the selled and went over to take a look.

Engine was rebuilt but the deck has a few soft spots from
water getting into the fiberglass from screws that held in
the seats. Nothing else really wrong. I paid the girl
who owned the boat 5700 (a few years ago) added
a radio, fishfinder, bilge pump and sold the boat earlier this year
for 6000.00

I got three great years out of that boat. Lots of fishing and
happy days. Did all the maintence myself and took care
of it. I really cant complain.

Moral of the story??? If it doesnt meet its reserve, contact the
seller! They are inclined to move the boat and save the
ebay fees. You can get some real saving off of that!
