Anyone have reccomendation on a video capture card. I want to buy
one for a friend that recently got a video camera. The camera is NOT
digital - so the card would need to have the RCA inputs and a fairly
good Ditital-To-Analog converter. If there is one that comes with some
basic editing software that would be great.

Yea, it's not boats - but on the plus side it isn't politics eithers.
