It can all be cleared up with Kerry signing his DD 180 to release his service records. With that simple action on Kerry's part his whole military career can be cleared up. But, the fact is that Kerry is afraid of what will happen if his complete service records are available for scrutiny. |

Kerry showed up, volunteered for Vietnam, got wounded, earned medals.
BIG DIFFERENCE between that and those who didn't show up and/or deserted, like bush. I often wonder just how many bush supporters are guys just like him, all talk and no action, whose idea of manhood is reading about somebody else kicking ass but who would be scared to death to actually confront someone themselves. I repeat, I don't see how any real veteran could salute him. Capt. Jeff |

One saw a total of 3 month action in Nam. He then conspired with the enemy during a time of war, giving aid and comfort to that enemy. He later rose through radical left circles to become an ineffective Jr. Senator from Massachusetts and lost his race for President when his fellow servicemen from Nam rose up to ID him as the opportunistic coward that he is. They didn't even mention his fling as an American gigolo. The other received well deserved support from his fighter pilot pals and rose to become the 43rd President of the United States and win reelection to a second term. One is destined to become a footnote in history, while the other is in the process of solving an unsolvable middle east problem (Carter's legacy). To be fair, the ineffective gigolo traitor has the better shot at a Nobel Prize. -- Skipper |

Don,
Has winter set in yet? When do most people put their boat back in commission? When do the really rabid sailing buffs get out on the water? "Don White" wrote in message ... Two good sized snowstorms since Friday, so I'd say winter is close. We have a new Years Day Regatta for the Rough & Tumble crowd and the Royal NS Yacht Squadron has a 'Frostbiting Race Series' that starts late March. Most sensible people wait until late April or May. |
