When we were in Egypt, I insisted my daughter (who was eleven at the time) wear clothes that at least came to her knees when we were out in public. She protested before we left, but was glad I had insisted afterward.........after witnessing several incidents where fully veiled muslim women surrounded a woman wearing "hot pants" or a low cut blouse and screamed and harassed them till they left. Yeah...sure.... |
