I have to admit though, Rivera Beach was a s**t hole 15 years ago when I
traveled there all the time. It was sandwiched between West Palm to the
south, Palm Beach Gardens to the north (the Gardens Mall there was a project
of mine) and Singer Island. Rivera Beach has a great location, adjacent to
the Intercoastal.
