So it is a Democratic MAyor, who paid for a study to get a blighted tag hung
on the land. Sounds more like redevelopment and the take for better uses
that was the basis in the first case. But seems as if it might not be
blighted. According to the article, a 2 year old house is a blight?

Part of Kevin's response is because he likes to be argumentative, but in
reality the real reason he seems so argumentative is because he has severe
problems understanding simple concepts. Kevin, has the uncanny knack of
cut and pasting articles disproving his theory. This is the reason I
believe he does not have the ability to process simple concepts.

Kevins skills at logic and reason are among the poorest I've seen. There
may be areas of his brain that function properly, but the logic and reason
portion isn't one of them.
