Skipper's trying to find something cheap that will point him the way out
of Derby, Kansas.

Ever been to that area of Kansas? SE Kansas, incorporating Wichita and
Derby, a Wichita suburb?

Snipper would get confused if someone took him by the hand and led him
out. He does all his exploring from his Lazy-Boy.

Could be worse. You could be talking to some dirt farmer in Derby Kansas.

I have to admit that he really does not have many, if any, original
thoughts.

Other than that he seems like and OK guy. I applaud him for taking care of
his elderly mother and I am glad he is enjoying his hard earned retirement.

Navman is doing particularly well Skip, to be honest gives us ozzies the
pip, we have a "thing" with NZ much the same as you & Canada.

Certainly they've kept the market honest here & the pros have adopted
lots of their stuff.

I'm not particularly pleased with New Zealand's latest political
leanings, but its people are great and Navman has a winner in that
pocket sized mapper. You can slip it in a shirt pocket, take it a
restaurant during a trip, then sit down to plan or modify routes while
waiting for your meal. Try doing that with its competitors. It's small,
but very powerful!
