OT Much to be Thankful For

We're thankful for our country's troops.

We're thankful for Rep. Jack Murtha for showing us it's patriotic to
speak your mind.

We're thankful for 90 Senators who stood up to Vice President Cheney to
say that torture is not an American value.

We're thankful for 79 Senators who demanded the Bush administration
detail a plan for Iraq.

We're thankful that Sen. Bill Frist is not our physician.

We're thankful for the generosity of Americans, who raised some $2.3
billion to help victims on the Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina.

We're thankful all Americans can still rely on Social Security.

We're thankful for American Airlines, Verizon, and Nissan, who all
agreed to Drop the Hammer.

We're thankful for Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald for conducting
a "very serious" and "very dignified" investigation.

We're thankful for good friends.

We're thankful for the success of progressive talk radio.

We're thankful to the voters of Colorado for putting priorities like
education, health care, and fiscal sanity over right-wing ideology.

We're thankful for autumn. Out West, where some PR readers vacation,
the aspens will already be turning. They turn in clusters, because
their roots connect them.

We're thankful Judy Miller won't be reporting on Iran's WMD program for
the New York Times.

We're thankful we don't live in Samuel Alito's America...yet.

We're thankful for HorsesAss.org, for exposing (in such ironic fashion)
ex-FEMA chief Michael Brown's checkered past at the International
Arabian Horse Association.

We're thankful for Tai Shan, the National Zoo's newest celebrity.

We're thankful we're not Scott McClellan.

We're thankful for the residents of Dover, Pennsylvania for doing the
right thing for their kids' education. (Don't listen to Pat, we've got
your back.)

Kevin,
I am glad you remembered to be Thankful for some of your blessings. I am
surprised that you look at all of your blessing from a political base. I
suggest you realize there are many things to be thankful for that have
nothing to do with politics. Probably the most important one is good
health. I understand you do have some health issues, but it could be
worse. You could suffer from NPD.

Dennis never talked to me like your sock puppet did to you Krause (admiring

JimH,

I have to disagree with you on this one.

There is no comparison between Don and Kevin. Don is a nice enough guy, a
great family man who takes care of his elderly mother. He might lean a
little left of center, but he tries to keep the silly high school profanity
some of the less creative people use in their posts.

He enjoys tweaking those of us who lean towards the right, but heck don't we
all enjoy tweaking each other in rec.boats.

Kevin,
You should be ashamed of plagiarizing this woman's work. Alexandra
Walker
worked hard to create this intellectual property, and you not only
republished it illegally, but failed to give Alexandra credit for her
work.

Shame Shame Shame.
I'm not Kevin, you idiot. Oh, and you've proven yourself a liar, ergo,
you get no credibililty.
Now, please tell the group, how do you know that I plagiarized anyone?
How do you know I republished it illegally? How do you know that I've
not asked, and received permission? Oh, please, do tell the group! OR,
is it that you are posting ignorantly?
Wouldn't an honorable person have added something like, "Used with
permission of
the author" if they had received permission to use a work?

Why would that make someone more or less "honorable"?

Kevin, I suggest you ask for a dictionary for Christmas from your
parents.

You really should stop preaching, Jim.

As you just did?

I suggest that YOU get enough sense to understand that I'm not Kevin.
Honestly, Jim, I don't understand how someone can be as stupid as you
seem to be. Most people here know just how easy and simple it is to
call myself anything I want. But, you don't have enough sense to figure
it out. My grade school kid has at least 10 different email addresses,
all with different names. GRADE SCHOOL, but alas, YOU can't figure out
how that can possibly be?????

Kevin, is one of your grade school kid's email address ?

Kevin,
I would really question why a grade school kid has ten different emails with
10 different names. Is it possible he learned everything he knows from his
daddy?

Seriously Kevin, if you don't want to be called Kevin, I would recommend you
do not use the name Kevin Noble as your email name. If you notice, I don't
care if people call me Rod, Rodney, Sir Smithers, Smithers or your highness.
