If you consider the fact that 83% of Democrats oppose him and 17% support him...and 71% of Republicans approve and 29% disapprove...and you do the math...Bush's approval rating is a lot closer to 43-45%...or exactly where Rasmussen has him. This is why these numbers are the way they are. It was skewed from the beginning. |
