Inquiries into your boat ownership getting a bit too uncomfortable,
Krause? You getting read to bail on your boat ownership tales again? Who
whoulda thunk it? What kind of boat will you need going after those
fiesty Grunts and Croakers in the Chesapeake?

no need for a tow vehicle, so a 4x4 V6 "pick-me-up" truck would be
more than satisfactory. But right now I'm facing inertia. Or maybe
entropy.

I suspect a bad case of 2 footitis.

That might be it.

Are we going to see a 'trawler' in your future?

Milk and sugar? Nope. What the hell *are* grits, anyway? I hope they

Crushed corn, basically.

Ground, dried Hominy corn. I actually like grits with lots of butter and
pepper. Hominy is corn that is soaked in lye to remove the husk and then
they look like popcorn. Hominy itself is nasty, but grits are a great
delivery system for butter and pepper. Served with biscuits and sausage.

About a year ago I sold my trusty F-250 Diesel (1990) and bought a new
Titan. A very nice 1/2 ton truck with a 9500 pound towing capacity. Plus
it's quick... very quick. Probably has about 310 - 315 HP. Not an economy
truck, however!

The Superduty Fords are nice trucks, particularly with the redesigned

before the Ford was much more practical.

Have you checked out the turning radius, night vision, and creature
comforts of those full grown Silverados as compared to their
competitors?

Are you implying that you had one or more breakfast *without* grits?

I hope you didn't put milk and sugar on them.

I know yankees that put milk and sugar on grits AND rice

On the road again. Truck is running great - actually feels like it's got
even more power now. They had some trouble getting the turbo realigned that
delayed my departure from Savannah. I felt bad for the tech - laying across
the engine and working by feel to get things lined up and clamped back
together.

Long day, so I stopped here in North Carolina and will grab a few hours
sleep. When traveling alone I like to get to bed early, then get up at 2 or
3 in the morning and make some miles.

Been quite a trip.
