i may be moving to dallas TX...what's the nearest good boating area?
galveston? can you boat 12 mos/year? how's the wx and sea condx? any
good areas for marinas?

I kept my boat on Lake Texoma for about 5 years before moving it to the east
coast. Texoma is about 1 1/2 hours north of Dallas.
It's the best lake in the Dallas area IMHO. Pretty good marina there
called Cedar Mills.
