Personally I try not to shop at Wal-Mart, COSTCO/PLA at all. Ever since the
1978 ad campaign proclaiming it sold "Made in America" with Red, White & Blue banners was exposed by 60 Minutes, I've tried not to shop there. Side Note: Hillary Clinton as a Wal-Mart lawyer in 78', I wonder if she was first introduced to the commies rather than the Impeached one. Did Wal-Mart sell AK-47's in 1978? Was Hillary a Contract Attorney. Did she negotiate with the PLA to sell WMD to America's youth? Wal-Mart 'is' America's largest employer, a service industry corporation. Lawrence Kudlow once said on The McLaughlin Group that if America should ever move from a manufacturing base to a service industry, we could kiss our standard of living goodbye. "Harry Krause" wrote in message ... Perhaps it isn't such a good idea for shareholders when a company disciminates against its workforce, knowingly hires illegals, refuses to bargain for wages, hours, and working conditions, and generally acts in a reprehensible way. |
