I'm thinking of buying my first boat. The only boat I've looked at is
the SeaRay 185 Sport. I liked what I saw.

The boat is the 6cyl, stern drive model with anchor locker and either
the rear bench seat or the two rear bucket seats. Dock lines, anchor
with 100ft rope, fenders, flares, and 4 pfd's and a throw cushion, and a
tank of gas. This also comes with the swing tongue trailer.

The dealer wants 23,999 out the door in northern california.

I'll be using the boat primarily for fresh water activities: skiing,
tubing, wakeboarding, fishing.

I'll also take the boat from Los Angeles to Catalina once or twice each
summer.

What do you think about the price, the boat, my intended uses? Price is
a huge obstacle.
