I wish to express my thanks to Doug Kanter for his excellent advice. To
Harry, Peter, Fredo and Tony I suggest you read more before making suggestions, especially those that tend to overlook any info on income limitations or handicaps. But to all the extreme liberals, please get off your high horses. Your posts are every bit as pathetic, bigoted, shortsighted and stupid as you claim conservatives are. The liberal platform offers nothing miraculous for this nation, not even a possibility of getting the true control of the governmental officials back into the control of the people. The U.S. of A. has no longer a government " of the people, by the people, and for the people" as Lincoln envisioned it. it's now a government of politicians, by the politicians, and for the politicians, thanks to the liberal politicians that have wrest control from the people by their ongoing deceptions. Most of them are really really dumb, and viciously mean spirited. The liberals here are a minority. Excuse me? I suggest you take a look at the history of legislation affecting our Consitutional rights, and who has been behind most of it. Clue- it ain't liberals, especially recently. Unless you think John Ashcroft is a liberal... in that case, I agree again. DSK |

DSK,
I don't think you're seeing the majority of liberals or conservatives spewing their rhetoric on the newsgroup, just a few from each camp that wants to see their opinions voiced in a newsgroup, (which would be fine if they picked the appropriate group). I get the feeling that these people just enjoy arguing their point of view. I just call them the noisy minority as opposed to the silent majority. Politics is all about compromise just no one wants their viewpoint compromised. Politics is just a no win situation, the politician is always wrong in someone's book. Paul "DSK" wrote in message ... Budd ( ex-liberal and fundamental Christian, and registered Republican.) Ah, I see... so, because you are a republican, they are the perfect party, even if they are now doing such things as taking away our freedoms as afforded us by the Constitution. They are perfect even though they have gotten us into a war based on lies, just to fatten their pockets. They are great, even though the reason for going to war in Iraq changes with the wind. They are perfect, even though after Clinton gave us a balanced budget, we are now in the biggest debt slump we've ever been in. I think I got it, thanks. |
