Do you use a 30lb electric? How many hours do you get off of a single battery charge? On the 12-footer I use a 40-lb "Maximizer". I don't know how long it would last at "full throttle" (I suspect maybe 1.5 hrs or so), but at trolling speeds it runs all day and has lots left.
