Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. You have
integrity. "jchaplain" wrote in message ... I feel like a sap sometimes. ... John C. |

I thank you. You did good. Doing good may not help the finances, but you can
sleep with a clear conscience. We can always hope his motor quits clear across the lake from his trailer and he has to paddle back . . . . . . I also pick up all the miles of fishing line left stuck under rocks at the lake I like to fish. Occasionally, I get a nice lure or a few hooks and sinkers for my efforts. The main thing is, being a handicapped person, I don't have to worry tripping over it when I'm fighting a huge 1/2 pound Bluegill. ;^) Btw, in a funny anectedote, my eldest caught a 13" Rainbow Trout by snagging a broken off bundle of line. It appeared the Trout had taken the bait after the line had broken off ( Someone was bottom fishing) and pulled the 1/2 oz. sinker loose. He was deep hooked but not bleeding, so we cut the leader close to it's mouth and set it free Budd "jchaplain" wrote in message ... I feel like a sap sometimes. I use this boat launch in Massachusetts which had a nice ramp with a dock, is free to use, and has a big parking lot that is also free. Yesterday when pulling my boat out I saw that some JERK had left shrinkwrap from his boat in the middle of the parking lot. I can't even imagine what kind of mentality it takes to do that. You would have to be a total asshole. Anyway, there it is a windy day. Now, the way I se it, it could have blown into the street causing an accident or blown onto the property of residents living next to the parking lot causing ****ed off residents who would be complaining to the selectmen about this facility and the free use days could come to an end. Anyway, I picked it all up and stuffed it in the bed of my pickup and took it home with me,. Today I'll have to bundle it in for trash pickup at my house. Question is... would you have done this? or what would you have done if anything? Boy I wish I had seen who left it. I guess there are those of us who care and try to make things better, then there are the other ones who go through life like sad spoiled children ****ting on everyone and everything. John C. |

The only thing better than what you did would be wrapping the guy up in it
and setting it on fire. -W "jchaplain" wrote in message ... I feel like a sap sometimes. |

Or light him on on fire for a few minutes and then send him to the bottom with
the brick... DSK wrote: Clams Canino wrote: The only thing better than what you did would be wrapping the guy up in it and setting it on fire. I dunno, my vote would be to wrap the guy up in it, then tie a brick to him and drop him in a deep spot. DSK |
