Default 1988 Bayliner Capri Side Window(front section) passenger side

The front section of the side window (passenger side) on my Bayliner has
been busted out. I have put in a call to an authorized dealer for help but
have gotten no response yet. Any ideas? Since it is slightly curved glass
companies say they can't do anything with it.

Contact a boat salvage yard.

Log into the bayliner owners website and post your question over there, if
nobody here has an answer. Getting a piece of curved glass for a 16-year old
boat
from the Bayliner dealer is absolutely unlikely to happen. Try to find a tail
light lens for a 16-year old car at a dealership. Good luck......and car
dealers deal in parts where most boat dealers do not.

My slightly curved front windshields are not curved when I take them out.
Are you sure it is curved?

Is it actually "glass"? Even if it is, replacing it with plastic would
work.If you can't get a close enough color match (tinted?) for the
remaining section, replace both sections. If it's the only window on
that side, even a slight mismatch in tints with the remaining windows
won't be noticable to most people.

I have a Capri and parts start at 1995 per the dealer. I've had no luck at
salvage yards either. I think your local glass shop can handle it.
