Properly ventilating a boat cover
I have read many posts stating a waterproof cover must be properly
ventilated. How ever none say how. I have a 22ft Chaparral cuddy and a huge cover made of vinyl thick enough to patch a Zodiac. The label on the cover says to properly ventilate but again doesn't say how. So, how are some ways to properly ventilate a waterproof cover? Any advice is appreciated, Todd |

There should be a couple of gaps where the cover overhangs the boat but does not snug up against it. Rain won't get in but air can circulate. -- Peter Aitken |

I made a housing that fits over the intake vent for the engine compartment. |
