Default power steering question

I installed a new long block in my boat (4.3 gen II+) and used all of the
old acessories. I put power steering fluid in my pump, the manual says to
use ATF only, ooops. Now my pump is leaking like crazy from the shaft.
With the belt loose there is a little play when you wobble the pulley.

Is the pump shot? can it be rebuilt? Cheapest place to get one?
