Model number is 5M. Serial number 6E3 156*** indicates 1988 year of
manufacture (Japan).
Googling hasn't helped so far. Later models seem to use 50:1.

I think you will need the model number, as well as the serial number.
The model number should be on the plate just above the serial numbers.

It would be great if you could scan the booklet that you have - if that
