I have a 1983 40 hp evinrude, the cables plastic eyepiece that ataches
to the lock handle broke. I have the motor locked upright and cant lower
it . I removed the cable but no luck. Any ideas on how I can lower the
motor to run position. It des not have hydraulic lowering.
