Default Old, cheap GRP dinghy

Looking for info on this oldtimer:
I inherited a cheap-looking, lapstrake dink about 10 ft long. Still
floatable, but has a glassed-in plywood sole which makes it very heavy.
This is one of the "sail or row" types, with a molded depression in the
keel for a daggerboard cutout, etc. Obviously it never had the sail
kit.

I'm guessing this is a model from the "pre-title" years, since I found
no transom numbers, only a label that says WATER TOY (or WATERTOY?)

Thanks for any information...
Reg
