Only happens in office when you have a slimeball in office. If he had been
diddling Monica or some other willing participant, it would never have been
a case. But when you sexually harass an employee, on the verge of raping
them, then it becomes public business. Same as if you went down the street
and the first women you saw, you dropped your pants and told them to blow a
tune. You would be in jail! But since he was the governor, he got a pass
on that part.
