Default Securing bearing buddy's

My Venture trailer just had bearing buddy's put on. I lost
one on the very first trip out, replaced it and lost another
on the same wheel the next time out. The other one stays good
and secure. I really had to pound this in, so I'm suprised it
came out. And this was on a trip less than 10 miles and no
more than 50mph, 30 or so most of it. Any clues why? Also, I
saw where some folks use Locktite (Permatex) to secure these.
I'd like to do this just to stop losing them, but this seems
extreme and not fixing the real problem. Any thoughts there?

Thanks.
