I just blew up my johnson 40 hp outboard.. it was a 1970 and
gave over a quarter of a century worth of good fishing..
I want another quarter century of good fishing.. but can't afford
a new engine. What I want to know is if anyone has a great(must be
almost new and running perfect) engine for sale.. or.. links where I can
browse. Thanks in advance.

Hear ya the $$. Two quick ideas - www.smalloutboards.com and
www.iboats.com. Don't know anything about buying from either except I've
glanced at them from time to time.
