In the middle of trying to buy a piece of property on Lake Hartwell SC.
It's caught up in a nasty divorce. Good things come to those who wait on the

Good luck, Clams... it a very nice lake. My wife and I and another couple
spent a week up there a couple years ago in a friends lake house. There's a
few shallow coves with some stumps to avoid, but plenty of room otherwise.

We're on Lake Murray just 1.5 hours south of that. Our water has been
almost 15 feet down for over a year while they're working on the dam
(building a backup dam for the existing earthen dam), but the water will
start rising this June. No problem really, with 60,000 acres to work with
there's still plenty of lake to use. You should come down and check it out
sometimes.

Was wondering what had happened to you. I figured you had enough
of the political trolls in this group and moved on. Glad you're
back! There was a poster in here recently that had an old Merc
question and when you never responded, I figured you were long
gone. Welcome back and welcome to the 'South'.

Yes.... All of our stuff is in storage and the PM-II is down there at
Uncles house. We're just waiting on our offer on the property to get out of
the court. She accepted, he won't accept anything. The judge outta hear it
this week. In the mean time I remain a wandering and homeless clam. It's
quite liberating actually. :)

All our stuff is storage and we're 2 people, a German Shepard and a Mini-Van
with 260k miles on it. We dropped the boat off in SC last week at Uncles
place.

Clams,

Wasn't me who had the question and since my ISP has such a low
retention period, I can't find it. Hopefully this 'new' person
with the old Merc will learn about the Merc dood being back. :^)

Actually, I myself am getting a Merc this week. Getting an 80's
Bass Tracker with a 40hp Merc. Probably way too new for you
though. :^) But I'll still ask questions if I have them...
