(d)

If two or more persons conspire to kill or kidnap any individual
designated
in subsection (a) of this section and one or more of such persons do
any act
to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be punished

(1)

by imprisonment for any term of years or for life, or

(2)

by death or imprisonment for any term of years or for life, if death
results
to such individual.



The Bush-****ters will be out of office soon. No need to shoot them.
Once they are civilians again, tarring and feathering would be
appropriate.


Sounds like a threat to the Defense Secretary Rumsfeld. But you know that
Democrats can say and do anything they want and get away with it. If this
had been a Republican that said this about a Democrat he would be jail now
or under it. This is the double stander we have in this country now. All
Democrats are right and all Republican are wrong. All Democrats can break
the law and Lie and get away with it and if a Republican tells the truth and
try to do what's right they get criticized for it.



Oh yea Asskisser and Harry you need to look at Kerry's Purple Hearts and how
he got them.. Just a little fact finding mission.or do you have the guts to
look for yourself.
