"jim--" wrote Naples has above average income levels and below average (well below) poverty levels. http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionar...les,%20Florida I have been designing large scale custom homes in Naples for more than 18 years and can vouch that it is a very wealthy city. Almost everybody that has heard of Naples knows this. "very wealthy city"??? It is average. Here's a google for you to type: *millionaires per capita naples florida*. I think you'll find that you are wrong as you sift through the 993 results that google returns. All you have to do is a simple demographics search, and you will see that Naples, FL is average income. IF you are correct in the assumptions that Naples has more millionaires than most cities similar in size, then I am correct! That would mean, because the area is average in income, that there are a LOT of poor people there. You bonehead. The people living in Naples have already *earned* their money. It's in trusts and such, and for tax reasons, they "show" very moderate incomes. |
