Do you still believe that Schnapps is a whiskey?

Hehehe.

What an intelligent post, as always.

Well, *do you* still believe Schnapps is a Whiskey?

Why work either when you can just go on the dole?

I recommend you at least try work and carry your own weight Henry. If it
doesn't work out..there's always Employment Insurrance.

You are too funny Don! A socialist womb to the tomber from Canada giving
advice about carrying one's "own weight"? Yowser!

In Texas you usually cannot collect unemployment insurance if things
don't "work out". If you quit or get fired from a job you are not eligible.
You also have to work at a job a certain length of time in order to qualify.
You also do not qualify when you own your own business and work for
yourself. The piddling 'maximum' amount one can get from the TEC
wouldn't even pay for my utility bills anyways Don.

I am almost through working. I just finished my last big project and
you can consider me to be retired now.

Think I will go out and walk the dogs here in a bit. Maybe watch a Netflix
movie (Master & Commander). Yawn!

The definition of whiskey is a distilled spirit, made from grain, and aged
in oak casks. The most important characteristic that differentiates whiskey
from other distilled spirits made from grain, is the fact that it has been
aged in an oak cask so it picks up the flavor of the oak.

Grain alcohol is a distilled spirit, but it is not whiskey until it is aged
in an oak cask.

Sorry, as usual, you are wrong. I don't suspect you'd admit it,
though, seeing how you use your ego as a prothesis for your lack of
penis. Here it is, John:

Definitions of whiskey on the Web:

a liquor made from fermented mash of grain

A liquor produced from the fermented mash of grains such as barley,
corn, and rye. Popular varieties of whiskey (spelled "whisky" in
Canada and Scotland) include bourbon, Canadian whisky, Irish whiskey,
rye, and scotch.

Is rubbing alcohol whiskey? Is Vodka whiskey?

What's wrong you decided you didn't like your original source and definition
of Whiskey, in case you forget I copied it below:

From this site:

http://www.physics.uq.edu.au/people/...iskeymore.html

What is whiskey?
Whiskey is a barrel-aged distilled spirit made from grain or malt. It
differs from other types of grain alcohol in that it absorbs colour
and flavour from the barrels during aging, it retains more flavour from the
fermented mash by being distilled at
a lower proof and being less thoroughly filtered. As a result, it is much
more
flavoursome than vodka. Unlike gin and akvavit, it doesn't have other
flavourings added.

Congratulations.
I retired on December 31 but put in a long hard winter...a bit of cabin
fever set in.
My wife was called back to her former employer for a 14 week stint and
needed our vehicle for transportation.
Between the severe cold and snow this winter..my Lazy-Boy got quite a
workout.
Things are looking up now.

Well thank-you.

You got to stay busy, . Sell stuff on Ebay or something. Take up reading
all those good novels that you have been meaning to read all of your life.

My wife was called back to her former employer for a 14 week stint and

Can you get Netflix up there? Give it a try. Great for those winter

No more oil rigs for me! I might miss traveling so much though.

I will probably disappear though, for awhile anyhow. I am
already getting tired arguing with some of the more sick elements
around here.

I mean really. Rubbing a dog's nose in it's poop = training?

Watching somebody sink and drown is a form of "what goes around
comes around" that the person (the one drowning) deserves?

Aggh. You I can handle. Even Harry Numbnuttz but I don't need
the aggravation on a regular basis. I am too busy having fun in
the offline real world.

The weather here is often in the eighties (even nineties) in the middle
of winter and the rest of the year suits me too and I have so many vices and
things that I want to do. Like paint the house (never have painted one). And
plant MORE stuff in my garden and go fishing and maybe see old friends around
the country and did I mention fishing? And oh yeah there is fishing and
boating and.

Hey! I got this really neat $400.00 RCA Scenium A/V receiver on Ebay for
$59.00 recently. It has Digital Coax inputs, Fiber-Optic cables and all the
other goodies like SACD, DTS, Dolby this and Dolby that. Totally amazing
thingie. I hooked it up to a new 16:9 ratio DLP bigscreen TV and ordered
High-Definition from the cable company. That combined with some kick-ass
surround sound (6.1) speakers and some good Netflix DVD's really rocks
the house. The dadgum cables cost more than the receiver and the speakers.

I went out and bought all the Band of Brothers DVD's and the Sopranos
from season one to season four. Wow!

You really ought to treat yourself if you are going to have lonely winters
like that!

:^)

LOL

Cheers Don!
