I am in the market for a boat and have been looking at a Cruisers 3370 (90)
and a Sea Ray 34 (86). Anyone have any expereince with boats similiar to these or other suggestions as to what to consider? Will be used in Lake Erie. |

You should broaden your field to include '85 through '88 as the designs and construction are all the same. The Brunswick influence on SeaRay boats did not happen until '89 or '90 even though Brunswick purchased SeaRay sometime in the mid 80's. |

Thanks JH-
I have been leaning to the Cruisers due to the condition of the one i am looking at but just began reading about cored hulls. Does anyone know where the foam floatation is in the Esprit? It isa much heavier boat than the 86 Searay Sundance so I was assuming the foam was not sandwiched in the hull. "*JimH*" wrote in message ... "its me" wrote in message ... Except for Boston Whaler large boats have between little and no flotation.
Have you considered a smaller boat for a starter boat? Butch "its me" wrote in message ... Foam coring is generally not for flotation.
