By the way, the Master padlock was worthless, they clipped it right off.



Back in the late 80's when I did aerial and underground line construction,
we carried large bolt cutters to cut 'support strand' wire and heavy guage
ground wire. It would make sense that the Verizon crew would have tools such
as these. See if you can find out who was on that crew....subcontractors,
Ima guessin.
