Default Anyone knows a decent boat mechanic near Richmond/Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada?

My 18' Bayliner Capri (OMC Cobra drive system) is developing a water
leak. Hull seems to be OK and stern plug is tight and appears to be
leak-free. Water coming from the stern/leg as far as I can tell (but
can't visually see where or how). I am not a mechanic and not very
knowledgeable about boat repair and maintenance. Not sure where to
start looking and what to look for. Bottom line is, unlikely I will
be able to resolve this myself so I need help from a real boat guy!
