Default I'm ashamed of you people

Just so there are no further examples of people dishonoring our war dead by
saying "Thank you Vets" and other such ignorant crap, take the time to read
the material contained in the following links:

http://www.infoplease.com/spot/veteransday1.html

http://www.usmemorialday.org/backgrnd.html

There is a Memorial Day holiday and then there's a Veteran's Day Holiday.
Don't mix them up. You make yourselves look like fool more interested
in boozing it up on every holiday rather than somebody who gives a rats
ass about either veterans or the honored war dead.

I would like to also take this opportunity to thank anyone who has served in our
armed forces!

I didn't take his point very well, but then I'm kind of assholish about people
looking for any excuse to call others names.

I don't need your thanks, John. I served out of a sense of duty to my
country and not so idiots like you could strut around sticking out your
chest and flabby gut and running your fetid mouth.

"...fetid mouth"?

Was *I* doing all the name-calling and telling others to STFU?

THANK YOU, for your service! I hope it was commendable and service of which you
can be proud. If so, stick your chest out a little, you deserve it!

You must have my 'flabby gut' mixed up with someone else.

Ah, good. We've found a point of agreement. And you didn't even call me a name
or give me an order in that post. There's immense hope for you yet!
