How do you know it is just a bad carb?
Assuming everything else is in decent shape in terms of transom, floor, carpet, upholstry, seat wood, decking, trailer, tires, motor, etc.. My guess is $4500 to $5000. If it is indeed just a bad carb. I would offer him $4500 and he pay to fix the engine. That way if there are other problems he has to fix it not you. -- Tony my boats and cars at http://t.thomas.home.mchsi.com - "HankCoen" wrote in message ...
