political spectrum use "liberal" and "conservative" as derogatory
terms--and
display so much hate against those who might not share their
predilections.

For these people, roughly half of their countrymen are subject to their
hatred
and contempt.

And that is what is truly alarming.

Association' (wannabe union) that advises on procedures, recommends fees

I have tri-partite membership in the American Dental Association, Florida
Dental Association, and Collier County Dental Association. None of them
advise on procedures...nor do they recommend fees. However, they *do*
advise that we stay away from signing up for DMO, PPO, capitation, and other
"managed care" insurance plans...lest we end up with a socialized medicine
program (like Canada) and our dentistry turns to ****.
