On topic- observations aboard the 39 Silverton

My first impression was the same- but as I considered the entire design
and got beyond a few weird details I came to appreciate that the boat
is decent looking in it own, individual way.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder- one man's dreamboat is another's
derelict scow. :-)
