Default leaky boat cover

My cover on m;y Wellcraft 28 seeps water, It haa bemm waterproofed
twice and still leaks. Ny help here other than buy a new one. It is
Sumbrella material. Bill

Sounds like there is a sag or something that allows water to puddle.
Sunberella is meant to shed water, not hold it like a bucket.
