If you read the fine print in your town code, you'll likely find old laws which permit landowners to kill things that destroy food crops. If you looked hard enough, you'd probably find an old law that allowed you to pop someone who spit chawin' tobacca on your floor. That defense probably wouldn't work today..........well maybe in Texas & Florida. |
