Sea Ark Jon boat falling apart

Nearly every support rib of my Sea Ark 18' tunnel hull jon boat has cracked
and it is seriously leaking. The factory said they would try to repair it
if I hauled it to Arkansas at my own expense. Anyone else having this
problem?
