Trip Report - Decked boats in the wind

hi mike,

nice report and pictures.

decked boats are new class of boats to me. they look somewhat like sea
kayaks with really big cockits.

are they canoes, kayaks, hybrids?

do they handle more like a canoe or a kayak?

what do you consider main pros and cons of decked boats versus a canoe
or sea kayak?
