Mako builds a good strong hull, although they are a little wet to ride in.
You seem to get a lot of spray off the bow. The quality of materials is good and finish is acceptable. The heavy bottom makes the boat stable and somewhat resistant to damage caused by running aground. Being a heavy boat, you will need plenty of horsepower to get out of the hole. Once on plane it goes like hell. C.F. "Dave R" wrote in message ... I'm looking at a Mako 195 2000 model for 19,900 without the trailer. it's in great shape what do you think? Tell me about mako's. |
