A 21' boat w/ a 150 on it is going to be a dog if you try to ski with it.
An 18' to 19' w/ a 150 will be fine. Over that and you will want more
power. Fuel economy will not decrease and will probably be better w/ the
right engine given it is not having to work as hard.
