Is that what your teachers wrote in your yearbook?

Do people really get their teachers to sign their yearbooks? Sounds pretty
nerdy to me...

More likely his sergeant.

Well, they did when I was in high school...back in the days of Abe Lincoln.

I bet you couldn't wait to get home and fire up the candles so you could
read what they wrote!

Why? Did it strike a chord?

On the 'Poco Loco' out of Deale, MD
on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay!

More friggin' mosquitoes!

John H

Speaking of posting mistakes, and laughs.....what is a "friggin'"? I
haven't found it in ANY dictionary.

A shortened (thus the apostrophe) form of the word 'frigging'. If you
look closely, you'll find it in the dictionary.

John H

Again, please show a reference showing the word friggin'. Can't??

Webster's New World Dictionary, Second College Edition, 1974,
published by William Collins + World Publishing Company, Inc., pages
559 (defined) and 1682 (punctuation).

I hope this is helpful.

John H

John, the word in the dictionary is "frigging", meaning to frig. There
is no word in Webster's New World Dictionary, Second College Edition,
1974 spelled "friggin'" Wrong, again, John.

Check out the rules for punctuation in the back of your dictionary. At
least you were able to find the correct word. Good job.

John H

Please show me where, in the above dictionary, that the word
"friggin'" appears. You are wrong. Again.
"

Teaching a turnip is a difficult chore.

John H

****, John, you just can't admit something as simple as the word
"friggin" doesn't appear in a dictionary, can you? Now, you claim it
does, so SHOW ME.
