Love my boat but no time,do I sell ????
 

My algorithm:

- Does owning her make you happy?
- Can you afford her?
- Can you pay for your home?
- Can you meet your other obligations?
- Can you save a bit each month?
- If yes, keep her.
- If no, sell all or part of her.

We take a cruise or other major vacation each year. One could say that I
don't get enough benefit from the cruise to justify it as I'm not out ther
the other 51 weeks. Nonetheless, that one week is wonderful and we judge it
worth the expense. However, we can afford it and it makes my wife in
particular very happy, which makes me happy.

the money for a new car which I would be able to enjoy all year ,But!!! I

Move to Georgia or Florida and get a new life that allows for the
important stuff. Tis been said, "A bad day on the boat beats a good day in
the office."
