Sorry to hear about your sister.

I've had 8 deaths in my family this last year- but none closer than
aunt/uncle/cousin/brother in law.
I can tell you they don't get any easier with practice, and a sister or
brother stirkes very close to home. That has to be a heavy load.

If you take a look Basskisser was on line posting to this group that entire
week. This may actually prove that he is not Kevin Noble as he has claimed
all along.

On the other hand he could have also brought a laptop with him or logged in
using his late sisters computer during that week, being absent only during
the wake and funeral.

Regardless, this obsession some of you have with this man is sad. And if
in fact it was his sister in law who passed way it is even sadder that
someone had to post the obit in a boating NG for no other reason than to
taunt him.

Leave the guy alone already.

OK, "Me Again". At this point you cross the line into indencency.

Bass says you're wrong about him being Kevin Noble. You must be
stalking Kevin Noble, and you post an obit of Kevin Noble's sister to
the NG.

Basskisser says "I'm not Kevin Noble and I don't have a
sister"......and at that point you proceed to call him a liar by
suggesting that it must be a step sister?

Even if the guy had just lost a sister, as you claim, would that be the
time to start a feud over whether the woman was a sister, stepsister,
or what not?

Would it seem strange to you that Basskisser's sister was 69 years old?
I didn't have a mental picture of the guy being old enough to have a
sister almost 70, but who knows?

Looks like we've got yet another harrassing stalker in the NG. Oh, joy.

*****************************

Wan't it just a few weeks ago that some fool, whose name escapes me
just now,
posted a "wedding picture" of Bass standing outside his 30-yr-old
single wide with his
pregnant bride? Wasn't there some speculation among the members of a
very predictable pig pile that the pregnant bride was his sister?

I'll have to see if I can remember who posted that and find out if the
link is still active.
But as I recall, the woman in the photo certainly wasn't 69 years old
and "Bass" didn't look like he could have a sister of that age.

JimH is right. Leave the guy alone. We should take personal feuds off
the NG table completely......but if we did, we'd lose about a half
dozen "participants" who hang out here for no other reason than to
pitch crap at specific individuals. We might lose one or two just
recently feigning an interest in boating related topics to try and
obscure the fact that they have hung out here for years with for no
other reason than to pitch crap at specific individuals. I'm sure JimH
would join me in agreeing that the loss of any of these folks would be
no loss at all.

Few people would do that.

Few people would check the archives to see when somebody else was or

Who cares?

It is no longer funny.

So how about this?

Let us know about what kind of boat you own, where you boat and the types of

Chuck,
When you published info on Skipper being Dave Mann from Derby Kansas were
you stalking him.

When you published JimH's name and address where you stalking him?

The difference between you and I, is I only mention names and addresses of
those who post others personal info (i.e. Harry Krause and Kevin Noble),
with the intention of harassing them. Kevin threatened to "break NYOB and
Fritz's scrawny pencil neck and stated he was going to be in their area and
was going to look them up).

If Basskisser is threatening people with physical violence, it is important
that he knows he is not anonymous.

I have never looked up any information on Basskisser / Kevin Noble. He has
always inadvertently published that information in rec.boats. Can I help it
if the guy is an idiot.

I do not recall Chuck ever doing that, but I may be wrong.

I do know for a fact that Harry Krause posted it and claims to have obtained
a picture of our house. He later threatened me and my wife. He is indeed
an internet stalker.

But just because one person acts like an idiot does not mean others have to.

And now for a word to you Basskisser: You have invited some of this on
yourself. Stop taking the bait every time someone dangles it in front of
you. You are played every weekday here. If you don't take the bait, they
will eventually stop.

Now everyone play nice. I don't want to have to come in here again to tell

Skippers identity and hometown were common knowledge in the NG for
years, and it was certainly not I who spilled the beans. While
Skipper's identity was still semi-secret in the NG, he visited me in

hometown in the group, I no longer felt required to keep it secret. You
are mistaken on this point.

As far as your accusation that I posted Jim H's name and address to the
NG- you are either mistaken or a liar. Let's go with "mistaken" to give
you the benefit of the doubt.
The first time I remember JimH's name, street address, and phone number
appearing in the NG it was attached to some SPAM about a boat he had
for sale (a Maxum IIRC).
IIRC it was JimH, himself, who posted the link. If Harry reposted the
same information at a later date, I'm almost certain he would have
obtained it from the original disclosure made by the party (whom I
remember as JimH) who ran his "for sale" ad in the NG.

But I could be wrong. Want to have some fun? $50 to the RNC, from me,
if you can show me posting JimH's name and street address to the
Newsgroup. $50 to Muscular Dystrophy, from you, if you cannot. Fair
enough? Very simple test- did I post JimH's name and street address as

As a point of fact, Skipper posted his name, address and telephone number
several times in a computer newsgroup where he was seeking help for some
sort problem and wanted a phone call.

I had Skipper's "particulars" for years; we sent each other various
boating magazines. He sent me a subscription to a West Coast boating
magazine.

Surprised? You shouldn't be. I've said many times that though I had my
"disputes" with Skipper, most of them were for effect, and that I thought
he was by far the brightest of the righties, and about the only one who
could write.

I'd trade away most of the righties here for the return of Skipper and his
Bilgeliner. In a New York minute.

That's correct. Further, it was Hertvik himself who "revealed" his wife
gave up her teaching job because of a health condition.

Wasn't it Hertvik who posted here as "Dennis"? And also as his "son Jeff"

rec.boat.marketplace. If one chooses to chase a phone number to find an

As far as posting information about my wife's medical condition, yes that is
true. But who in their right mind would then make jokes about it?

Harry Krause is indeed that person.

Enough said.

Me Again April 8th 05 07:40 PM

Harry,

The first time I published any information concerning you, is when you
published personal info on JimH. For months you keep telling JimH you knew
his personal info and anyone who wanted to find out could do so easily, but
you were not going to do it. You mentioned the area of Lake Erie he lived
on, then mentioned you saw his house was for sale, then finally when no one
would take your bait, you published his name and address. It was at that
point I showed you how easy it was to find out info, based upon the
information you have provided in rec.boats.

You wonder why people treat you the way you do, when you spent a year
harassing someone about bestiality, for no other reason than it ****ed him
off. People treat you as a low life, because you are a low life.

I unburied you for the moment because I'm following Gould's comments on
your behavior. Don't get excited, though. You and your 3,000
trouble-making alias will be back in the dumpster shortly.

Dave worked in the aerospace industry in the Wichita area, which I knew. I
didn't know which company he worked for until recently,

My comments about his garage door business were in the same league as my
comments about his model airplane business, his computer repair business
and one other occupation I claimed he had.

You mentioned the other day I accused you of having sex with sheep, then
when I mentioned the name of Roger Huebner, you clammed up. He lived in
New Jersey and your posting host is there. You pull some of the same
antics he did. Mildly interesting.

I am not going to bother doing a Google, but you and JimH were in a

Someone from Avon Lakes spewed vile :

Then you used his last name to respond:

As far as your accusation that I posted Jim H's name and address to the

you the benefit of the doubt.
The first time I remember JimH's name, street address, and phone number
appearing in the NG it was attached to some SPAM about a boat he had
for sale (a Maxum IIRC).

Bull****. I never posted anything other than a link to my website that
had details of the boat and perhaps my home phone number. And that was
in the market place of rec.boats or some similar legitimate site.

I found it. The site was rec.boats.marketplace

According to Chuck anyone posting there is spamming.

Don't you dare pin this on me Chuck. Krause is the one who stalked me and
found out my address and posted it here.

Someone then went to the bother of looking up my personal informatio
IIRC it was JimH, himself, who posted the link. If Harry reposted the
same information at a later date, I'm almost certain he would have
obtained it from the original disclosure made by the party (whom I
remember as JimH) who ran his "for sale" ad in the NG.

The boats was listed in the legitimate NG used to post boats and boat
equipment. You know that.

rec.boat.marketplace. If one chooses to chase a phone number to find an
address to post that address in rec.boats and then proceed to make
personal threats to that person and his wife...and if that person takes
the trouble to obtain a picture of ones house.....that person is a stalker
and needs help.

Harry Krause is indeed that person.

The fact is that you stalked me. First you obtained my phone number from

Harry Krause....so are you offering any invitations to ANY rec.boats members
for a nice ride on that luxurious custom made 36 foot Lobster boat you say
you own? I would suppose that anyone owning such a jewel would be more than
happy to offer a ride.

I can understand that you would not want me on it. After all I did offer
you $20,000 for you to prove you owned it, with travel costs paid by me and
the date and time set by you, but you turned me down. That was very
strange.

But you have plenty of buddies here that may want to take you up on the
offer.

I might even be willing to pay Don White's expenses to fly down to see you
so he can enjoy the boat ride. I will even pay the fuel for the ride and
buy lunch for you guys. If weather does not permit a ride, or if the boat
is in for repairs, Don would have to go with you to the site it is being
stored.

What say you Harry Krause?

OK, "Me Again". At this point you cross the line into indencency.

Bass says you're wrong about him being Kevin Noble. You must be

Basskisser says "I'm not Kevin Noble and I don't have a

She died on the 26th. I have never known a funeral and wake to be completed

Regardless, you are missing my original point, most importantly the fact
that the original post was in poor taste.

But if you want to continue with the "tease Basskisser" game go right ahead.
I admit I was once part of that game. But I also publicly apologized to him
in this very NG for doing so and moved on since.

Some of you, however continue with the game.

I also tried to look at this from a right from wrong standpoint. Yes, he is
partially at fault by taking the bait each and every time it was presented.
But the folks presenting it were trolling for a confrontation, nothing more.

As I said before I am not without sin. But I have found it within myself to
apologia to the man and move forward, focusing mainly on discussions about
boating.

Time for you folks, including basskisser to move on also.
