My fourth hit was ABC News. Any chance that might qualify as a "major" media
source? I didn't scroll through all 70-some hits to see who else was
represented- just far enough to see that the insinuation that this was a
current event being ignored by the liberal media was bogus....(as you have
essentially admitted).

Had you read the judge's statement before? Could you send the url for the ABC
article, please. I'd like to read what was said. I did imply that the statement
did not receive much press, but I don't think I implied it was current.
