Hi there -
We are first time boaters this year and will be out on the Chesapeake in our "new" 32 footer. We'd like to think we'll do a fair amount of anchoring and are quite surprised at the cost of Avov/Zodiac tenders. We have a Sevylor, but I don't think that will really cut it, particularly with our 2 dogs. Does anyone have any recommendations on online sources where to find used dinghies/jonboats? Either that or good sources to look in MD? Lastly, anyone have experience with Porta-Botes? Thanks - Geri |

These are good-quality Korean clones of the Mercury inflatables: http://boatstogo.com/ I have the 14-foot model which has a plywood floor. With a 25 HP Tohatsu outboard it does 24 mph planing. |
