Actually, I can't think of any "pleasant experience" large US airports.
The only humor involved in air travel here is watching the TSA idiots NOT
doing their jobs properly to keep terrorists and their toys off our
airplanes.

I KNEW it! As soon as I read Don's post, I knew you'd have to post
something childish and snotty, because it's not about Naples, FL. What
IS Naples number one at, besides swamp buggy races?

========================================

Naples uses the airport at Ft Myers also known as South West Florida
International Airport.

Its not bad for a small town airport, and a whole lot more convenient
to use than most at big cities. Also has one hour of free parking for
passenger pickup which is almost unheard of these days.

For convenience picking up a rental car however, it's hard to beat
Tampa.

Our NOYB is quite the elitist. I wonder if anyone has ever suggested
moving a substantial number of Miami's welfare clients to places like
Naples. It might be just the thing to get disadvantaged people out of bad
circumstances and let them see how the other half lives. It might be a good
incentive for hard work and a way for all communities to share the financial
burden.
