Hi I'm looking to buy a good all-round kayak. I'll probably use it
mostly on the small lake behind my house, but I'd like to also be able to paddle down class 2 rivers, take day trips to some outer banks islands (I live in NC) and surf some small waves. I started off looking at the Dagger Blackwater which led me to the Necky Santa Cruz, when I called up a paddling shop to inquire about the Santa Cruz they suggested I look at the Manitou instead. So what do ye this is the Manitou a good all round boat? Is there one better? BTW I'm 200lbs and did alot of kayaking about 10 years ago, Thanks |
