I'm so so so tired of hearing this excuse. One wonders if there will come
a time when Bush will be forced to take responsibility for his
catastrophic screw-ups, starting with 9-11.

It's not an excuse, it is reality. Clinton's foreign policy screw ups
resulted in 9-11 and there is nothing you can do to reverse that fact.
